Building Creativity
The Minecraft Monthly Build Challenge is designed to engage students in critical thinking and problem-solving. Players are encouraged to put their creativity, Minecraft knowledge, and skills to the test in this fun event. They are given tasks along with instructive guidelines to develop their own creative build in Minecraft. To gain a better understanding of Climate Change, DAIS students brainstormed some practical ways to do their bit in impacting and improving the future. April month’s challenge was called ‘Climate Futures’. The Minecraft Gaming Lounge is also equipped with a range of accessibility options to make it an inclusive experience for everyone.
There were over 160 submissions from different grade levels across schools in India. 71 students from DAIS Class 4 and 5 submitted a total of 28 entries to April’s Minecraft Build Challenge. The judges were overwhelmed by the quality of the entries. Despite the tough competition, we are proud to announce that our school won three out of the eight awards, for their creative contributions.
