The Cadbury Bournvita Quiz Competition

The Cadbury Bournvita Quiz Competition is a premier quiz competition started in 1972. The event has over the years popularized inter –school quizzing in India. The preliminary round was held on 24th November, 2016. Five teams from our school participated in this prestigious event. The first round consisted of 25 written questions, to select 6 top teams to compete for the title of MUMBAI NORTH WINNERS at the finals. Out of 50 schools, Team DAIS made it to the second round .Competing with 5 other schools was fierce, but scoring a fantastic score in the RAPID FIRE ROUND, took team DAIS soaring to victory. Declared the Champions, trophy held high, the team entered the final round of the contest. A set of 30 Multiple Choice questions were given to the winning teams, to select the city winner, who then will qualify for the Nationals, where they will battle it out with the famous quizmaster Derek O’Brien. The results are eagerly awaited.
