DAIS Science Fair 2017

Dhirubhai Ambani International School has an annual Science Fair for classes 7, 8 and 9. This is a much awaited event and worked on for nearly two-and-a-half months. On the assigned day the stalls were set and nervous-excited chatter filled the room.

Row-on-row of tables displayed wonderfully diverse ideas; from futuristic ones to practical ones. The projects, 136 in all, captured the interest of the viewer and invited you to visit their stalls and learn more about the topic.

Like every year, this year too was another opportunity for the students to showcase their curiosity through their projects. The Science Fair unleashes their creative and innovative aspects.

More than winning, it was the journey of reaching the final day that mattered. The numerous meetings at each other's houses for research, making the charts and building the models, all added to the whole experience!

This year, the projects were judged by some of the IBD students and some of the teachers. They also gave their inputs and suggestions for the future. The parents and guests made it a point to visit each stall and encourage the students. The Science Fair 2017 was well received and appreciated by all.
