Frank Anthony Debate, 2016

The Frank Anthony Memorial All-India Inter-School English Debate is held in the honor of Frank Anthony- the renowned lawyer, Parliamentarian, educationist and author.It is among the most prestigious inter-school, annual debate competition organised by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CICSE). Participants represent their schools and are divided into two groups (Category I for students of Standards XI and XII and Category II for students of Standards IX and X). Over 1,600 schools participate in the event each year

This year our students Shivali Shah and Adarsh Sreeram of XA participated in the regional level held at Pawar Public School, Chandivali on the 15th. of July. They qualified from among 12 schools and moved on to the Zonal level, held at Jamnabai Narsee School, on the 16th of August. Having come first among eight participating schools, they have now qualified for the National level to be held next month. We wish them the very best!
