G 12 students win ABWA Infinity 2024-25 Advanced Category

Grade 12 students- Dhruv Chopra, Moksh Nihalani, and Raahil Mullick - represented DAIS in the ABWA Infinity 2024-25 Advanced Category, a prestigious math competition organised by Aditya Birla World Academy in collaboration with BITS Pilani. The qualifier round of the tournament took place in October 2024 and had 2 rounds: an individual round consisting of 30 questions to be answered in one hour, and a team round consisting of 10 questions to be answered in one hour. Questions ranged across geometry, algebra, advanced number theory, set theory, combinatorics, and functional equations. The team’s performance was exemplary, earning them qualification for the Final Round to be held in person in January 2025. Dhruv Chopra was placed 1st in the individual round out of 204 participants from Mumbai’s West Zone, while Raahil Mullick was placed 3rd. In the team round, DAIS placed 2nd out of 68 competing teams in the West Zone. The team is eager to continue their efforts at the Final Round in January!
