The Hindustan Times Scholarship Programme 2016
The Hindustan Times Scholarship Programme 2015-2016, held its Awards Ceremony recently at the Shanmukhananda Hall, Mumbai. 50 city children were selected from among 70,680 applicants, from 350 schools. The awards seek to recognize the brightest talent in the city's schools. The applicants go through a two-tiered selection process, which assesses their talent, originality and intelligence. The Dhirubhai Ambani Internetional School picked up 4 awards in the competition. Each of the winners walked home with Rs.50,000 along with a trophy and a certificate of merit .
