Inter-school Elocution Championship 2016-17

Kaira Sheth (Class 6-A) was declared joint City Winner and gold medalist at the All for Kids Inter-School Elocution Championship held on Saturday, Feb 11 at Campion School, where she represented DAIS.

This year’s theme was ‘Friendship’ and the students could chose to give a speech, recite a poem or tell a short story.

Each school could send only one participant from classes 1 -6

Kaira chose to recite a poem, ‘Not in Her Storm ‘written by a young girl of her age. Her excellent oration made her the city winner, from amongst 70 participants from top schools of Mumbai.
