Jai Vakeel 2023

The Jai Vakeel Foundation is where students with intellectual and developmental disabilities are given the help they need, and taught many life skills that they can use to integrate with society and be successful in the future. Our sessions have always been amazing – the students have been friendly, forthcoming, and extremely interactive. Our main aim to share knowledge and grow together. Activities like creating calculators, sports day, supermarket shopping, teaching math were platforms that generated intellectual growth. We gained immensely while learning about activities such as drying flowers, candle-making, and table-setting from the foundation students. We have enjoyed going for this service activity and meeting with students of JVF every Friday.
