Our Young Robo-Scientist

Ayansh Badhe of Class 2 B participated in the National & International Championship of World STEM Robotics Olympiad 2023.

Participation in this competition was from many teams across India and from nine other countries. This mega event was conducted in various age groups and categories.

Ayansh’s team won the Judges Choice award in the “Lego WeDo Entrepreneur Young Scientist Category”.

The judges liked the concept of his project on ‘Sustainable Farming harnessing energy using Windmills and Water Turbines’ which was demonstrated by a model made with the Lego WeDo construction sets. Ayansh’s team devised and demonstrated the concept of a robotic arm sprinkler to optimally and efficiently spray pesticides so as to preserve the quality of the soil, and at the same time prevent soil spoiling due to excess use of chemical pesticides.
