Primary Inter-house Visual Art Competition 2024
Palette of Dreams
The primary school organised a Visual Art Competition to encourage creativity among students and to enhance their understanding of colour schemes. This event provided a platform for our young artists to showcase their talent and various themes using different colour palettes.
The competition was open to all primary class students. Each class was assigned a specific theme based on colour schemes. The themes were designed to be age-appropriate and to stimulate the pupils’ imagination and artistic talent.

- LKG- Black and White- Mixed media trees
- UKG- Rainbow World
- CLASS 1- Primary colour collages and portraits
- CLASS 2- Warm and cool colour scheme, mixed media artwork
- CLASS 3- Secondary colour texture collage
- CLASS 4- Monochromatic landscapes
- CLASS 5- Complementary colour tints and shades
The competition highlighted the importance of integrating arts into the curriculum and demonstrated that even young children can create profound and beautiful works of art when given the right opportunity.
