The Primary School conducted its annual Spelling Bee, which is a much awaited primary school event. This competition encourages all students to engage with spelling and to promote improved literacy in English.

There were 3 participants per house, that were shortlisted after a preliminary round. The participants were from Classes 3 and 4. The Spelling Bee included several rounds, including a buzzer round, wherein students demonstrated their command of the conventions of English spelling, in varying degrees of difficulty.

The winners of the Spelling Bee were:

• In 1st place was the Panther House
• 2nd place- Tiger House
• 3rd place- Lion House

It was an exciting afternoon, with avid participation by the assembled audience.
