Primary School Speaks Up!

 

The Primary School conducted the Annual English Elocution Competition for Classes 1 to 4, on 19th October, 2019, amidst interest and excitement. Students showed tremendous enthusiasm in participating in the elocution competition, which resulted in intense and extremely competitive auditions.

 

The competition was divided into 2 categories: Round one for Classes 1 and 2, and the Round two for Classes 3 and 4. Each House had 3 representatives, in each category. The competition was presented by our Cub Captains, who compered the event with confidence.

 

 

The competition was judged by a panel of experienced educationists, from across the school.

 

It was an enjoyable afternoon and it was indeed a treat to hear our juniors recite their poems.

 

On completion of the last speaker, the judges were invited on stage to speak a few words of advice and encouragement. The judges showered praises on each one of them and declared that all of them were winners, for participating and speaking with profound confidence.

 

 

Finally the names of the winners were announced amidst thunderous applause and excitement.
