WRO -2022


  1. Over 30th September and 1st October, the World Robot Olympiad India Nationals competition was held. Keshav Mohta and Ishaan Mehra of class 10B placed first in the Junior High Category, solving the surprise challenge on the spot in the least time possible. A few weeks before this, they also placed first in the West India Regional Championship. Ayaan Shah and Arham Shah of 9A also placed first in the Senior High Category. They were one of the only two teams in the entire competition to score full points. Both teams will now represent India at the WRO International Finals held in Dortmund, Germany.

  2. Shaurya Sule of class 5B, along with Agastya Raje of class 6 and another team member had participated in the national World Robotic Olympiad (WRO) Elementary Open category. Their team came 3rd among all the teams and they were awarded the bronze medal.


  3. Team Sharks : comprising of Aarush Kadakia(4B), Divina Vasa(4B) and Ved Ramchand(4B) won Gold medal at the National World Robotics Olympiad (W.R.O.) - Future Innovators, Elementary category. The team made a Rescue Robot called “Acva-GuardZ”.

     

    “Acva-GuardZ makes swimming safer. It will prevent drowning in pools, thus creating a worry-free environment for families in and around swimming pools.


  4. Ria and team called Team ZeroGravity won Silver at World Robotics Olympiad scheduled at Genesis Global School, Noida in the Future Innovators Elementary category.

     

    Her project ‘Sahej Belt’ is a wearable device for elderly people that detects the fall, alerts the wearer and inflates the tubes protecting the wearer from serious injuries.

  5. Tithi Agrawal, Meher and Arjun Kulshreshtha stood third in Future Innovators Junior.


  6. Keyaan and his team stood third in Future Innovators Senior.
