DAIS Students Win the Judges' Choice Award at the FTC Asia Pacific Championship

Four DAIS students Yash Desai (9 A), Riya Sheth (9 A), Kanav Jain (8 A), and Shayaan Doshi (8 A) were part of the formidable Vortex team, which received the prestigious "Judges' Choice Award - Community Impact” at the FTC Asia Pacific Invitational Championship in Sydney which concluded on 16th July 2023." This remarkable recognition is a testament to their exceptional performance and dedication.

Competing against 35 top teams from 10 countries across Asia Pacific, the Vortex team showcased their talent and emerged as semi-finalists. There was a special mention that it was admirable that they won this despite being a Rookie team in its first year since it is a very rare achievement.

Their achievement at the championship makes them one of only three Indian teams to secure an FTC award at the event, further highlighting their remarkable skill and expertise.
