Three Students of DAIS win The Hindustan Times Scholarship 2016-17
Three students from DAIS made it to the top positions and were awarded the Hindustan Times Scholarship for the year 2016 -17 on 22nd February 2017, at Rangsharda Auditorium, Bandra in a glittering ceremony, where the proud parents, students and our heads from the school witnessed the winners being felicitated by the sponsors and actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
Each of the winners walked home with Rs. 50,000 along with a trophy and a certificate of merit.

The Hindustan Times group has being achieving huge success with its largest scholarship programme in which Mumbai’s brightest young minds win a scholarship of Rs. 50,000. This year 75,000 applicants from over 237 schools of Mumbai sent in their entries, off which 50 students were shortlisted and interviewed and finally 25 students across Mumbai were finally selected for the scholarship.
This year the topic was: ‘What is your most precious possession?’
The three students from DAIS who bagged the top positions and received the Hindustan Times Scholarship for the year 2016 -17 are:
