We’re Gonna Fix It!

We all grew up hearing of a problem we didn’t create

But somehow, it became our fate.

Pollution hogged air, land and water,

While global warming made things hotter…hotter…

Our carbon footprint pulled us down,

Deforestation made the woods lose their crown.

Luckily we’re the generation who are going to fix it.

We’ll all pitch in and each do our bit.

We’ll remember to recycle, reduce and reuse,

And do important things like spread the news.

We will vanquish that carbon footprint,

Turn off the lights, plant more trees, save water... Get the hint?

We’ll find a solution,

To beat the pollution

And together, we’ll begin a kiddie revolution!
