Dr. Aashish Contractor is head of the Department of Rehabilitation and sports medicine at the Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital in Mumbai. He has been the Medical Director of the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon for 11 years. He is an active marathoner himself and a long distance cyclist. He has participated in a 329 km, Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai non-stop ride for charity. His talk is titled ‘Exercise can transform your life.’
