Founder, Sharkbot

17 year old Angad Daryani, a tech entrepreneur, was homeschooled till Grade 10, and is currently pursuing the IB. Along with being a research student at the MIT Media Lab, he’s the founder of Shark Kits and a founding member of Maker's Asylum. This organization is an open space for people to pursue their ideas using the tools it provides. He has also given 3 Ted talks. One was at Asia’s largest TedXGateway, another was at TedXNUS which was held at the National University of Singapore, and then at the TedXHewlettPackard in Bangalore. Angad is a confident youth who believes he is lucky to have parent support who trusted him and invested in his venture. He believes that the only way to learn something is truly by doing it yourself. Shark Kits Looks at real world issues. It tells you to face failure. It teaches you to be passionate about making a change in society. He believes perspectives can change with an open mind. He urged the audience to research using the platform of Maker’s Asylum and help to tackle world issues: ‘The World needs more Doers not Speakers!’
