                                                                                                                                                                                                                    New  Delhi  and  was
                                                                                                                                                                                                                    ranked 5th Nationally and
                                                                                                                                                                                                                    was  declared  the  West
                                                                                                                                                                                                                    zone  Topper  for  winning
                                                                                                                                                                                                                    the regional competition.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Results  were  declared  in
                                                                                                                                                                                                 Aishi Basu         January’22.

                                                                                                                               Mudit Baid and Rhiaan Shah of IBDP Year 11 participated in a debate in
                                                                                                                               February’22 on the topic 'Budget' organized by the Neerja Modi School,
                                                                                                                               Jaipur and bagged the second position.
        Moksh  Nihalani  of  IGCSE  Grade  9B  is  the  National  winner  of  Veer Mehta of IGCSE Grade 9C secured a place as one of the five
        Google Code to Learn for his work on the database Prism which  finalists at Google India National Contest 'Code to Learn'. His project
        aims to allow auditory impaired people to communicate with the  'Detection and Differentiation of smooth surface and pit and fissure

          at Cathcon 2021                       thinking competition                                                           Sudarshan  Manikantan  won  a  silver  and  Kavya  Mangal  won  a  bronze
                                               Yohaan Chokhany of IBDP Grade 11 won the Alter Fest coding                      medal in the Homi Bhabha Science Competition. Homi Bhabha Science
                                               and computational thinking competition held from April 10th                     Competition started in the year 1981 to encourage scientific thinking in
                                               to  April  16th  2022,  organised  by  JAYSHREE  PERIWAL                        students. About 50,000 students take part in the competition every year
                                               INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL. He submitted an individual entry                          from various districts of Maharashtra.

                                                                                                                               Sudarshan’s action research project on "Tree selection strategy  for urban
                                                                                                                               green cover - Right trees for the Right Place" was appreciated by the panel
                                                Economics policy drafting competition                                          of judges and his performance on the one on one interview was also well
                                                                                                                               received.  Kavya’s  project  also  dealt  with  afforestation  and  received
                                               IBDP  Grade  11  students-  Rihaan  Bhansali,  Ahsan  Jindal  and  Abhimanyu  Pandey   appreciation.
                                               participated in 'Economics policy drafting competition' in February’22 that was hosted
                                               by Stone Hill School, Bangalore and bagged the first position.                   It was a long journey for both the students clearing 4 rounds of theory
                                                                                                                               exam, practicals, general interview and action research project. Sudarshan
                                                                                                                               and Kavya consider this experience as a precious part of their learning.

                                                                                                                                                                                                           Grade 9A Ayaan Shah's robotics team,
                                                                                                                                                                                                           ΣSigma  (#20890)  represented  India
                                                                                                                                                                                                           and was ranked 10th in their division
                                                                                                                                                                                                           at  the  World  Championship  of
                                                                                                                                                                                                           FIRST Tech Challenge held in Houston.
                                                                                                                                                                                                           ΣSigma won 7 out of the 8 matches
                                                                                                                                                                                                           played.  They  stood  out  amongst  the
                                                                                                                                                                                                           180+  teams  from  different  countries
                                                                                                                                                                                                           that participated in FTC. According to
                                                                                                                                                                                                           the  score  and  judges’  feedback,  this
                                                                                                                                                                                                           was the 'best performance ever' that
                                                                                                                                                                                                           any  team  from  India  had  shown  at
                                                                                                                                                                                                           FTC finals.
