offering alternate pathways to students with varying needs, capacities and aptitudes,
and supporting inclusive education. The emphasis on academic rigour and
engagements beyond the classroom is integral to our educational philosophy and
practices. Preparing children to be equipped with 21st century skills to make them
creative and critical thinkers, effective communicators and collaborators; and
developing them to be leaders, global citizens, digital citizens and lifelong learners, are
the larger goals of our educational programmes. These are important skills and
attributes that they should develop and build on within and beyond their school life.

All the above elements in our curriculum model interact with each other and converge
to bring out the best in every child and develop them holistically.

            School Strategic Plan:

                                            Well-Being

                     Teaching and Learning Environment

                                Culture Partnerships

Strategic Plan 2023-2028 has Culture, Teaching and Learning, Well-Being,
Environment, and Partnerships as its five strategic directions. The Strategic
Direction ‘Culture’ is positioned as a school-wide strategy of assessing every staff
member’s competency and how they are supported to build on them through inclusive
policies and robust processes. The Strategic Direction ‘Teaching and Learning’
reflects our new curriculum pathways to equip children with 21st century skills, with
learning through inquiry, conceptual understanding, differentiated instruction, and
technology integration as the pillars of our pedagogy. The new curriculum model also
leverages the school’s foundational principles and best practices over the last two
decades. The Strategic Direction ‘Well-being’ takes an all-encompassing view of the
welfare and satisfaction of all teachers and staff, as against the earlier definition of
limiting it to student well-being. The Strategic Direction ‘Environment’ presupposes
that the physical space, technology infrastructure, human resources, financial
resources, and all other requisite resources have to work in tandem to achieve the
