Strategic Plan. The Strategic Direction ‘Partnerships’ signifies how the school’s
student body can get benefitted through a multi-pronged approach of strengthening
the connect with the alumni and parents, and by expanding the network with
individuals and institutions, far and wide, with educational relevance.

With clearly articulated objectives, strategies, measures of success, resources needed,
lists of people responsible, timelines, and evaluation plan, the strategic plan 2023-2028
envisions DAIS achieving its objectives in a culture of excellence and in pursuit of school

High Quality Teaching and Learning (HQTL)

Teaching and Learning at DAIS is an evolving process that constantly reviews and
upgrades the pedagogical practices which prepares our learners for the future. HQTL
encompasses a broad set of guidelines that:

• is holistic to meet the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional needs of learners.
• takes place in a safe and supportive environment.

• happens through inquiry, conceptual understanding, differentiated instruction
and use of technology.

Global Citizenship

At DAIS, we want our young learners to develop the knowledge, skills and values to
engage with the world as global citizens which is a privilege that comes with a set of
rights and responsibilities. Our aim is to promote this understanding and help our
students contribute to build a fairer, safer and more secure world.
