General Information
This diary is intended to provide information to students and parents on the various
school policies and processes as well as the important dates throughout the school year.
It will facilitate effective planning and participation in school life and optimizes learning
through awareness of academic requirements and expected conduct. The diary serves
as an important document in ensuring understanding of procedures and guidelines.
Students are required to bring this diary to school each day. If a student loses the diary,
the parents must purchase a replacement from the school, through the appropriate
Section Head.

Strategic Plan 2023-2028 has Culture, Teaching and Learning, Well-Being,
Environment, and Partnerships as its five strategic directions. The Strategic
Direction ‘Culture’ is positioned as a school-wide strategy of assessing every staff
member’s competency and how they are supported to build on them through inclusive
policies and robust processes. The Strategic Direction ‘Teaching and Learning’
reflects our new curriculum pathways to equip children with 21st century skills, with
learning through inquiry, conceptual understanding, differentiated instruction, and
technology integration as the pillars of our pedagogy. The new curriculum model also
leverages the school’s foundational principles and best practices over the last two
decades. The Strategic Direction ‘Well-being’ takes an all-encompassing view of the
welfare and satisfaction of all teachers and staff, as against the earlier definition of
limiting it to student well-being. The Strategic Direction ‘Environment’ presupposes
that the physical space, technology infrastructure, human resources, financial
resources, and all other requisite resources must work in tandem to achieve the
Strategic Plan. The Strategic Direction ‘Partnerships’ signifies how the school’s
