Dusshera Celebration Some Glimpses of our Integrating Technology

Class Assembly... with Learning Diwali Celebrations with

Diwali Mela
One of the ways creativity is nurtured is to encourage
students to publish their own artwork, stories and
books. We utilize a variety of tools including Tux Paint,
Book Creator, Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud Express.
These applications empower learners to unleash their
imagination and turn their ideas into tangible and
visually appealing content.

While exploring the PYP theme 'How we express ourselves', the Upper
Kindergarten inquired into 'Celebrations across Cultures'. They expressed their
understanding of how celebrations express diversity within the global community
through an assembly. As learners of PYP, this presentation provided a platform for
student action in demonstrating global citizenship through celebrations.

To celebrate India's 75th Republic
Indian Dance - Day and truly understand its
Rhythm & Form significance, the students of Class 5
presented an assembly with a strong
message on fraternity and being
open-minded. The assembly was
conceptualized, scripted, Primary Read
choreographed, presented and acted
out by the students. Our young students displayed great collaboration, building Aloud Activity
relationships and memories through this endeavour.

At the Primary school
level, a Spelling Bee
contest was
conducted by the
Student Council as an annual feature. The participants and the
audience were seen at the edge of their seats, engrossed in the
proceedings, anticipating answers and watching the house points
escalate. The students displayed exceptional skill and mastery while
spelling some of the advanced words.
