appropriate, will act on advice or directives received from the appropriate
                authorities.

The school conducts one emergency evacuation and one lock down drill every
term. For students coming to school by bus an emergency evacuation is practiced
once every year. This is to ensure students are familiar with the emergency
procedures and action required by them in any unforeseen eventuality.

            i) Lost and Found Items
Students need to take complete responsibility for their belongings in school and on
                all trips.

All materials carried by the students must be clearly labelled with the child's full
                name and class.

Lost materials are categorized into everyday items and valuable items. The
procedure for recovering each is as under.

               (i) Everyday Items such as water bottles, lunch boxes, stationery, books, shoes
and clothes are deposited in the open storage on the ground floor. Students
who have lost them need to look for their lost items in this area. If the lost
items are still unclaimed after 30 days, then the school will make
arrangements to donate them to the NGOs the school works with.

(ii) The list of all valuable items such as calculators, wallets, jewellery, watches,
pen drives etc is displayed near the reception at all times. Students are
expected to collect their lost items, so found, from the security cabin at the
main gate, after filling in the required form.

If a student finds a lost valuable, he/she is required to hand it over to the
security cabin at the main gate.

            j) Student ID Card

Students are issued a multi-purpose smart laminated Photo Identity Card. The
Light Green ID Card is for students availing school bus facility and Orange ID Card
for students using their Private car/ transport. The ID Card includes information
such as availing of lunch facility at school and use of school bus facility. A pink band
on the card indicates that a pick-up authorisation is required to collect the child
from school or the school bus. A Pink Pick-up authorisation card is issued when
such a request has been received from parents. The Student ID Card should be with
the child at all times, while the Pink pick-up authorisation card should be with the
