f) Homework
Learning to follow up work done in class, and to pursue a line of study individually
and without the immediate guidance of the teacher, is crucial to a student's
academic development. Parents are requested to ensure that children do their
homework (coursework, internal assessments or project work) regularly and follow
the timelines wherever specified. By homework the school refers to all forms of
academic follow-up that takes place at home and not necessarily just written work.
Homework encourages systematic study habits, develops time-management skills,
and ensures appropriate amounts and balance of homework assignments during
the week. Projects, Coursework and Internal Assessments given to students in
Classes VIII to XII are assessed against the set criteria according to Board regulations
and will contribute to the students' grades.

                 g) Mobile Devices
Students are not permitted to bring to school any electronic devices, including
accessories, which are used for gaming, music, communication, etc. The
                     exceptions are as under:
Students are permitted to bring their own laptops/iPads/tablets subject to the
condition they are used only for learning in the classrooms, as directed by the
teacher. These devices should not be used for any other purposes such as personal
communication, watching movies, playing games, etc. These devices should access
the internet only through the school-provided Wi-Fi.
Use of mobile phones by students in the school is strictly prohibited.

Class XI and XII students are allowed to carry their mobile phones to school, but
must hand them over to the security at the gate at the time of entry to school and
collect them on their way out.

Any electronic devices (including wearables) found on a student in the
school will be confiscated for a period of 6 months.
                 h) Toddle
