Students will serve detention on every third occasion that they are late. A third
detention may result in a day's suspension.

school hours without the permission of the Section Head.
e. Excursions, trips, and holidays should be planned for, only during school
vacation periods. Students are not granted leave outside the regular vacation

days. Leave of absence must be applied for in advance, and only when they are
convinced of its absolute necessity, unless it is a case of injury to or illness of the
student. Application for leave written by the parent / guardian should be
addressed to the Head and submitted through the class teacher / tutor. In case
of siblings, the name and class must be mentioned in each application. The
decision to sanction absence for holidays rests entirely with the school.
i. Absence for preparation for examinations is not permitted.
j. At the end of the school day, buses will leave punctually. While every effort is
made to ensure that all students board buses, the school cannot take
responsibility for students to board the bus on time. Parents will be expected to
make their own arrangements for collecting their children from school if the
child misses the bus.
