                                                                                                                                  Yog is a potential tool for children to deal with stress

                                                                                                                                  mind and body to bring emotional balance.

                                                                                                                                 have helped me a lot. I practise them daily which
                                                                                                                                 helps me remain calm and stress free during the
                                                                                                                                 entire day. It has also allowed me to improve my
                                                                                                                                 concentration  and  now  I  am  able  to  focus  in
                                                                                                                                 classes and on other tasks for greater time periods.
                                                                                                                                 The session was very engaging, and the students
                                                                                                                                 enjoyed being part of this session.
