          Well-being

Yog is a potential tool for children to deal with stress
and regulate themselves. It provides training of
mind and body to bring emotional balance.
During online times, we learnt various eye exercises
like looking out of the window and focusing on an
object or cupping our palms and placing them on
our eyes. These tough times really tested us and

Reflection - The yogic techniques taught to me
have helped me a lot. I practise them daily which
helps me remain calm and stress free during the
entire day. It has also allowed me to improve my
concentration and now I am able to focus in
classes and on other tasks for greater time periods.
The session was very engaging, and the students
enjoyed being part of this session.
