The buses are manned by trained personnel, including bus hostesses who have a
mobile phone for emergency contact. These mobile phones are also used for
swiping ID cards to mark their presence on the bus and in school. Students must
use their seat belts while on the school bus, as per the RTO directives.
The bus service will be available on those Saturdays when the whole school is
involved in any academic or co-curricular activity only. On all other Saturdays,
parents are required to make their own transport arrangements.
Parents/guardians must inform the school about any changes in the usage of the
School Bus service through the Parent Portal. The change in the return journey from
the school to home must be communicated at the latest by 11:00 am on the day
                     the change is requested.

The school has set up a Transport Committee which will monitor and ensure that
the buses deployed, and the services provided, conform to the standards and
guidelines issued by the state government towards ensuring the safety and well-
being of children using the school bus service.

                 h) Emergencies
During any emergency in school or on school trips, the school will do everything
within its capacity to ensure the safety and security of each student and when
appropriate, will act on advice or directives received from the appropriate
                     authorities.
The school conducts one emergency evacuation and one lock down drill every
term. Additionally, for students coming to school by bus an emergency evacuation
is carried out once every year. This is to ensure students are familiar with the
emergency procedures and action required by them in any unforeseen
                     circumstance.

                 i) Use of Student Images and Work
The School may, at its discretion, use photographs, films or work of students in
school or during school activities, event and trips.

                 j) Lost and Found Items

To support students to take responsibility for their belongings in school and on
trips, all belongings must be clearly labelled with their full name and class.

Lost materials are categorized into everyday items and valuable items. The
procedure for recovering lost items is:
